By creating an account, buying anything, or listening on Suno Novels, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Suno Novels is

An audio-novel service. Creators upload audio works; listeners stream them, free or paid. We host and distribute; we do not author, own, or verify most of the content. Content published by a creator is theirs, and their responsibility.

2. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the service only through a parent or guardian's account and with their supervision.
  • One person, one account. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us immediately at [support@sunonovels.top] if it is compromised.
  • Give us accurate information. Accounts opened with false identity details may be closed.
  • We bind sessions to devices and limit how many devices can stream at once for each plan. Sharing an account so several people can listen at the same time is a breach of these terms.

3. What you may not do

Briefly: do not break the law, do not break the service, do not take content that is not yours. Specifically, you may not:

  • Upload, sell, or distribute content you do not have the rights to — see the Copyright and Rights Policy.
  • Record, capture, re-stream, decrypt, or redistribute audio from the service, or attempt to bypass the access controls, tokens, or encryption that protect it.
  • Use bots, scrapers, emulators, or automation to inflate plays, downloads, or earnings, or to harvest the catalogue.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the apps, the API, or our infrastructure, or probe them for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
  • Resell, sublicense, or make available your access to anyone else.
  • Upload the content prohibited by our Content Policy.
  • Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organisation.

4. What you get when you pay

  • A licence to listen, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, for as long as your entitlement is valid. You are not buying the work, a copy of it, or any right in it.
  • Downloads are for offline listening inside our app only. They are encrypted, tied to your device, and stop working when your entitlement ends.
  • Plans, packages, bundles and their prices are shown before you pay. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the paid period ends.
  • We may change prices, with notice, effective at your next renewal — never mid-term.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partner. We support UPI, cards, netbanking, and — for listeners who ask for it — a manual UPI or cash flow that a human at Suno Novels verifies before access is granted.
  • Taxes are charged as required. Invoices are issued for every purchase.

5. Refunds

Set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: 7 days, provided you have not consumed a substantial part of what you bought, plus a full refund whenever we remove content you paid for.

6. Content availability changes

Catalogues change. A work may be removed because a creator withdraws it, because a licence ends, because it breaks our policies, or because of a copyright complaint.

  • If a work you have paid access to is removed, you are refunded or credited on a prorated basis, at your choice. See section 9 of the Copyright and Rights Policy.
  • We do not guarantee that any particular work stays available for the whole of your subscription.

7. If you are a creator

Creator-specific terms — rights warranties, revenue share, payouts, storage, resale, and what happens when a complaint lands — are in the Creator Agreement, which forms part of these terms for anyone with a creator account. The two clauses to read first are the rights warranty and the freeze-and-escrow clause: if a valid copyright complaint is made about your content, your account is frozen and money connected to the disputed work is held until the dispute is resolved.

We act on copyright complaints under the Copyright and Rights Policy, which forms part of these terms. It sets out how to complain, how to contest a complaint, what a freeze means, what happens to money, when a work comes back, and our repeat-infringer policy. Read it before you upload anything.

9. Our rights over content

  • Creators keep ownership of their work. They grant us a licence to host, encode, stream, promote, and distribute it, described in the Creator Agreement.
  • The Suno Novels name, logo, apps, software, design, and catalogue arrangement are ours.
  • You may not use our brand without written permission.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, for fraud, for chargeback abuse, for manipulating plays or earnings, or where a law or an order requires it.

  • Where practical we give notice and a chance to fix the problem. Where the risk is immediate — fraud, a court order, a serious safety or copyright issue — we act first and explain after.
  • If we close your listener account without cause, we refund the unused portion of anything you have paid.
  • If we close a creator account for cause, undisputed earnings are still paid to you after the hold period, less any escrowed, disputed, or clawed-back amounts.
  • You may close your account at any time from settings. Deletion of your personal data follows the Privacy Policy; some records must be retained for tax and legal reasons.

11. Service, as it is

We work hard to keep the service running, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free streaming, and we may change or discontinue features. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our total liability to you, for any claim, is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹[1,000]. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data.

12. Indemnity

If you upload content, you indemnify us against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from that content or from your breach of these terms. This survives termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified in the app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. If you do not, close your account and we will refund the unused portion of anything paid.

14. Disputes, law, and grievances

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [city] have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Before going to court, contact our Grievance Officer — most things are resolved there: [Name], [email], [postal address], [phone], appointed under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.

15. Odds and ends

  • If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stands.
  • We may assign these terms as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business; you may not assign yours.
  • These terms, plus the policies they reference, are the whole agreement between us.
  • English is the governing language; translations are for convenience.
